Just like everyone else, we are unsure of what’s to come. Even though we are a small business and we are fully aware of how this may impact us, our number one priority is the safety of our loved ones and you, our customer. Lets all stay positive and lend a helping hand to those in need.
Collection T.A.N.N is still operating. However, we are talking all the necessary precautions to insure the health and safety of everyone involved by following the health and safety requirements of the Canadian government.
Although our office is open, we are;
- maintaining social distancing
- frequent washing of hands
- additional cleaning
- all packages are being rapped wearing gloves
As we get more updates we will be re-evaluating the necessary precautions to help minimize the spread of the virus.
Please be assured that all orders will be processed and delivered as quickly as possible but we had to revise some of our shipping policies due to the reduction off staff. We ask you to be a little more patient as processing orders will take 3 to 5 business days effective as of march 17th. You can visit our new shipping policy for more information.
Unfortunately, we do not have control over our carrier. We strongly recommend that you do take the necessary precautions stated by your respective governments before opening your package.
