Orders are shipped Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days and 1 to 7 business days for delivery (depending on your location) A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as package is shipped out. Shipments will be sent out via local post office.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Taxes & Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
In particular occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. We are not responsible for packages being held at customs for whatever reason it may be.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information or any delays once item is shipped. Please track your package to make sure that if it is left at your doorstep you are there to retrieve it as soon as possible.
