Return policy

Don’t like the color? You’ve picked the wrong size? We’ll exchange or refund your unworn, unwashed and undamaged item for another one. 

Here are a few things you should know;

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Shipments will be sent out via local post office
  • We do not reimburse shipping fees in any case
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs back; we pay to ship back your exchanged items.
  • Items that have been damaged or have scent on them such as deodorant, stains, perfume or any scent cannot be exchanged.
  • Men's underwear can also be returned only if they are in the original condition. All tags must be on the garment.
  • Items purchased with promo-code can be exchanged or refunded. Sales items are final sales.
  • Shipments sent back from outside of Canada must be processed by the courier as “ Canadian goods returning back to Canada to avoid customs/duties charges. If there is a customs/duty charge when receiving a return, we will unfortunately have to reject the package.

 

Please, allow up to 3-4 business days to process exchanges or refund.

Exchanges:

A confirmation email will be sent to you once we’ve shipped back your exchange with a tracking number not when we receive it. 

Refunds:

You will receive an email from our team indicating your refund has been successfully processed. Once you receive the email, please allow 2-10 business days for the credit to be applied back on the same method of payment used to process the purchase.

Defects:

In the case of a manufacturing defect email us at returns@collectiontann.com with picture, a brief description of the issue and your order number.

Gift cards:

Gift cards are non refundable and can not be exchanged for a monetary value. Items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged. A refund can also be applied however, it will be refunded on a gift card

 

We reserved the right to refuse an exchange or refund if some or all conditions are not met. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact us.
